  • Account Information: Email address, display name, and profile photo when you sign up.
  • Usage Data: Tarot reading questions, generated interpretations, and soulmate generation results.
  • Uploaded Content: Photos you upload for soulmate generation.
  • Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage analytics via Vercel Analytics.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and improve our sacred tarot and soulmate services
  • Process your subscription payments
  • Send service-related communications
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the experience
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. AI Data Processing

Your tarot questions and uploaded photos may be processed by third-party AI services (OpenAI, Replicate) to generate readings and portraits. Data is transmitted securely and is not used by these providers to train their models.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure you can only access your own data.

Photos uploaded for soulmate generation are stored in secure cloud storage and are private by default.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Service Providers: OpenAI (AI processing), Replicate (image generation), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (hosting and analytics).
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Delete your account and all associated data
