1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Soulis (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Soulis provides cosmic tarot card readings and soulmate portrait generation for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. Our services are not professional advice of any kind — medical, psychological, legal, or financial.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. User Content

By uploading photos or submitting questions, you grant Soulis a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You retain all ownership rights to your content.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

5. AI-Generated Content

Tarot interpretations and soulmate portraits are generated by artificial intelligence. Results may vary and are for entertainment purposes. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or appropriateness of mystical content.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Soulis offers two paid plans: Moon at $9.99 USD/month and Starlight at $69.99 USD/year. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Free Tier Limitations

Free tier users are limited to 1 tarot reading per day, 1 soulmate generation per week, and 10 chat messages per day. These limits are subject to change with notice.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or quotas
  • Reverse engineer or scrape the Service
  • Upload harmful or malicious content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

9. Intellectual Property

The Soulis brand, website design, and original content are protected by copyright and trademark laws. mystical tarot interpretations and portraits are considered derivative works.

10. Limitation of Liability

Soulis is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes.
